*((( Lesson Six )))*
*What is Magic?*
Magic is one of the forbidden practices and great crimes that are considered types of disbelief, due to the harm and deception it causes to people, and the disappearance of truths. Practicing it is evidence of weak religious conviction and ignorance. It can be defined as performing hidden actions with the aim of falsifying truths and misleading people in their eyes, and causing a certain condition by dealing with demons. Magic can cause illness or separation between people. In Islamic terminology, magic is known as deception that the viewer believes to be real. It is mentioned in several places in the Holy Quran, including Allah’s description of Pharaoh’s magicians: “He said: Nay, cast ye (first), then lo! their cords and their staves, by their magic, appeared to him as though they moved fast. And most scholars agree that the magician should be killed without warning because of the great harm he causes. In this article, signs of the presence of magic in the body are mentioned.
