Regarding healing with the Holy Quran, reciting the Quran itself brings comfort to the heart and is a cure for illnesses. Allah (SWT) said, “Say, “It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure.” It has been established that the Prophet (PBUH) would treat himself and others with the Holy Quran by reciting some of its chapters and blowing on himself. Aisha (RA) said that she would read the Quran and wipe it over herself. The noble companions also affirmed this practice.
With the Holy Quran, blessings and benefits are obtained in this life and the hereafter. Among the chapters that are recited for healing is Surah Al-Fatiha, which has a tremendous benefit in healing all physical and psychological illnesses. It is one of the lawful means of treatment that has been established by the Prophet (PBUH). Abu Said Al-Khudri reported that some of the companions of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) were on a journey when they came across some Bedouins who hosted them, but they refused to host them. They asked, “Do you have any remedy for a person bitten by a snake or stung by a scorpion?” A man among them replied in the affirmative and recited Surah Al-Fatiha, and the afflicted person was cured. The Bedouins gave them a flock of sheep, but they refused to take it until they had asked the Prophet (PBUH) about it. When they came to the Prophet (PBUH), they told him what had happened, and he asked them, “How did you know that it is a Ruqya?” Then he smiled and said, “Take it, for by my life, some accept it for a price that would be less than it.” In another narration of this story, he said, “Recite Umm Al-Quran (Surah Al-Fatiha), for I have been given it.”

*Verses and prayers for relief, strength, sustenance, fear, pregnancy, opening up opportunities, and fulfilling other needs*
To strengthen the body, recite Surah Al-Hadid (The Iron) on a cup of water and drink it.
(Note: These are religious practices and beliefs that may vary depending on the individual and their religious tradition. It is important to consult with a medical professional for any physical or mental health concerns.)
These are various Quranic verses and supplications for different purposes such as relief, strength, sustenance, protection, fertility, opening of opportunities, and fulfillment of needs.
There is also a method mentioned for physical strength, which involves reciting Surah Al-Hadid on a glass of water and drinking it.
The supplication for strength goes: “In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. On my heart until it is saturated with the name of Allah, on my knees until they are strengthened by the name of Allah, on my body until it is strengthened in obedience to Allah, on the earth beneath me until it is folded up.”
The prophetic protection when one is fearful is: “I seek refuge in Allah, the Most Generous, with His complete words which no righteous or unrighteous person can surpass, and with all His beautiful names, whether I know them or not, from the evil of what descends from the sky and what ascends to it, and from the evil of what is created on the earth and what comes out of it, and from the trials of day and night and their visitors, except for one who knocks with goodness. O Most Merciful, make me among those who are near to You, and protect me from the evil of every evil, and from the evil of the accursed Satan. My guardian is Allah, Who revealed the Book, and He protects the righteous.”
The supplication for protection from illness and poverty goes: “There is no power or strength except in Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. I rely on the Living Who does not die, and all praise is due to Allah Who has neither taken a wife nor a child and has no partner in sovereignty, and Who has elevated His greatness. One should say this a hundred times and then recite “Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him. Glory be to Allah, the Great. I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Great, and I repent to Him.”
To seek sustenance, one can recite “There is no god but Allah, the True King, the Manifest Truth” a hundred times, and “And whoever is given his sustenance from it, let him spend it; and whoever is withheld, let him keep it. Allah does not burden a soul beyond that which He has given it. Allah will cause ease after hardship.” This verse should be recited a hundred times on a Friday night.
Finally, there are two Quranic verses mentioned for abundance in wealth and prosperity: “It may be that Allah will bring about love (and friendship) between you and those of them with whom you are at enmity. Allah is Omnipotent; and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” and “And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him.”
– “Our Lord, judge between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of judges.”
– “And if the people of the towns had believed and feared Allah, We would have opened upon them blessings from the heaven and the earth. But they denied [the messengers], so We seized them for what they were earning [of evil].”
– “And if you [believers] seek the victory, the victory has come. And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase.”
– “And they sought victory and disappointment befell every obstinate tyrant.”
– “And even if We opened to them a gate from the heaven and they continued therein to ascend.”
– “My Lord, indeed my people have denied me, so judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers.”
– “Whatever Allah grants to people of mercy – none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds – none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”
– “Until, when they reached it [i.e. the valley of the ants], their nestlings said to them, ‘Did we not warn you to not speak to people?'”
– “Indeed, We have granted you a clear triumph.”
– “And [We] rewarded them with a near victory and a great booty which they will take.”
– “So We opened the gates of the sky with water pouring down in torrents.”
– “A victory from Allah and an imminent conquest.”
– “And the sky was opened and became gateways.”
– “When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest.”
– “Verses and supplication for those who suffer from insomnia:
– Read and linger in your cave for three hundred years, increasing [it] by nine.
– And We made your sleep [a means for] rest.
– Say, [O Muhammad], ‘O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and what they shade, Lord of the earth and what it envelops, and Lord of the devils and what they lead astray, be for me a protector from the evil of Your creation, all of it, [being] that You befriend me not with them, nor they with me. My Lord, save me from their [harm].’ The Lord of Glory and Honor is free from what they attribute to Him. There is no deity except Him.”
– Whoever wants to wake up early:
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Compassionate
(Verily, your Lord is Allah who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then established Himself above the Throne, covering the night with the day, each seeking the other in swift succession, and the sun, the moon, and the stars subservient to His command. Verily, His is the creation and the command. Blessed be Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.)
– A supplication to repel fear:
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and punishment, and from the evil of His slaves, and from the whispers of devils and their presence.
– Preventing scary dreams:
Say before sleeping:
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan (three times).
Recite Ayat al-Kursi (three times) and when reaching “and His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great” then repeat it three times.
Or read Surah At-Tariq (The Night-Comer) before sleeping.
– Fear of any matter or person:
Say after Fajr prayer one hundred times: “I seek forgiveness from all evil, there is no god but Allah.”
If you are afraid of harm from someone, say: “O Allah, make his plot backfire on him and protect me from his evil.”
And when reciting the Quran, say “We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance – they will never be guided, then – ever” until the end of verse 45 in Surah Al-Isra (The Night Journey).
Say “Glory be to You, there is no god but You, I rely upon You and You are the Lord of the great Throne” and “O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness, well-being, and perpetual health in my religion, my worldly affairs, and the hereafter. Verily, You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.”

The woman puts her hand on her belly and says, “In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Compassionate. O Lord, do not leave me alone, and you are the best of inheritors. And say, “Appoint for me, from Yourself, a guardian who will inherit me and inherit [also] from me and provide [for me]. [He is] my Lord – make him a paragon of virtue and do not let Satan interfere with him.” O Allah, I seek forgiveness from You and I repent to You. You are the Forgiving, the Merciful. (This should be recited 70 times)
After prayer and during prostration, say “O Lord, grant me good offspring from Yourself. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the One who responds to prayers.” (This should be recited 41 times)
The woman recites the name “Al-Musawwir” (The Fashioner) on water 21 times while fasting for seven days after sunset and before breaking the fast. The husband also fasts for three days and does the same. Allah willing, they will be blessed with a child.

Obsessive thoughts:
Place your right hand on your heart and say, “Glory be to the King, the Holy One, the Lord of the angels and the spirit, the Creator who does what He wills. He can take you away and bring forth a new creation if He wishes. This is not too difficult for Allah, the Mighty.”
Protecting against the evil eye:
Say, “Whatever Allah wills [will occur]; there is no power or strength except with Allah. I bear witness that Allah has power over all things, and He has counted everything.” Then recite the verse, “And indeed, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes when they hear the message, and they say, ‘Indeed, he is mad.’ But it is not except a reminder to the worlds.” These verses can be used for washing, sprinkling, and drinking. Then recite the verse “Return your gaze. Do you see any flaw?”
